Community Involvement: February 2025

It is important for Wolf & Shore Law Group to be active members of our communities. We enjoy supporting local schools and sports teams, as well as contributing to various charitable endeavors. This February, we were honored to contribute to several incredible organizations and events that positively impact those around us.

Supporting Fundraising Efforts for Local Schools

We were proud to have donated an auction item for Saint Luke’s 9th Annual Gala, an event dedicated to raising funds for Saint Luke’s Catholic School located in Southington, Connecticut.

Wolf & Shore Law group also donated an auction item for A.W. Cox School’s Winter Carnival this month. The Guilford, Connecticut elementary school’s flagship winter event brings families together in a winter-themed wonderland to raise funds to support exciting events and programs for the children throughout the school year.

Additionally, we were able to sponsor Hebron Avenue School’s Glow Run in Glastonbury this month. This event is a fun and energetic event that encourages students to stay active while supporting their school community.

Promoting Heart Health in Local Schools

In honor of American Heart Month, we also supported Jerome Harrison Elementary School and Totoket Valley Elementary School in North Branford, and Clintonville Elementary School in North Haven, in their fundraising efforts to support the American Heart Association in research, education, and awareness campaigns aimed at preventing and treating heart disease, which is the leading cause of death in the United States. The funds raised support initiatives like groundbreaking medical research, community outreach programs, and patient education on heart-healthy lifestyle choices.

Sponsoring The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services

We also had the opportunity to support The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services by donating a raffle basket for their Drag Show Bingo Night fundraiser. The Umbrella Center provides essential resources for survivors of domestic violence, and we are proud to contribute to their mission of safety, empowerment, and advocacy.
