March Firm Outing: Clay Date

Exploring Creativity and Team Bonding

Each month, we close the office for at least part of the day and do an in-person Firm Outing. Since we work remotely, we enjoy getting together with our staff in person and treating them to something fun. We will be doing a blog series on these outings so that you can follow our fun team-bonding adventures at Wolf & Shore Law Group.

We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally. This month, we chose to hold our firm outing at The Clay Date in New Haven, a local pottery studio renowned for its creative atmosphere and hands-on pottery experiences.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, we were able to shape and mold clay into unique creations. It was a fun experience that we were able to enjoy together while also creating something entirely our own. Creative experiences like this remind us of the importance of teamwork in both work and play. For some team members, it was a chance to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges. For others, it was a moment of reflection and relaxation, allowing them to recharge and reconnect with their creative side. Whatever the experience meant to each individual, we are grateful that we get to share in these experiences with our amazing team.
