November Community Involvement

This month, in lieu of a firm outing, we got together to take firm holiday photos, (thanks, Jennifer Dougan Photography!) and have lunch (but we were having too much fun at lunch to remember to take pics), so this month’s “activity post” will be about our community involvement.

We love supporting local schools and organizations. In November, we partnered with Nutmeg State Networkers BNI Chapter to gather and donate food to the North Haven Food Bank in an effort to support those in need of food during the holiday season.

Wolf & Shore Law Group also contributed to Hebron Avenue School’s Family Fun Night, where we partnered with The Beamhouse Restaurant to donate to this exciting family event.

Next week, we will be surprising the third graders at Saint Lawrence School with a pizza party on their last day before Thanksgiving break! It’s always fun to see how excited the kids get and we always enjoy working with the school.

Our December charity efforts will include donating to Christmas in the School House at Saint Lawrence School, adopting a family through the Salvation Army and also supporting a local fundraiser for a young child who has been recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family this holiday season. We hope our contribution can make their journey at least a tiny bit easier.
